About the Position

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  1. High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  2. Dependability and ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  3. Microsoft Office skills (intermediate preferred) and customer service experience (minimum of 1 year experience) are highly desirable.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to listen, gain understanding, and solve problems are critical.
  5. Demonstrate patience and understanding in dealing with customers and colleagues.
  6. Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  7. Desire for professional growth within this position or for development into future positions is expected.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, with hours ranging between 23-29 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a varied schedule, including Saturdays and occasional extended hours. A reliable transportation method is necessary for this role, as you may be required to travel between branches.
