We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Architect to enhance our dynamic team.

As a Project Architect, you will oversee architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring that each project adheres to our high standards of quality and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:
Manage all stages of architectural projects, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.

Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their vision is realized.

Design Leadership:
Direct the design process, develop and present design concepts, and produce detailed drawings and specifications.

Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project integration and successful outcomes.

Quality Control:
Ensure that all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Team Development:
Mentor and guide junior architects and support staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.

Licensure:
Registered Architect (AIA) preferred; must be eligible for licensure.

Skills:
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
