About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team at MRG Exams in Tifton, GA. As a Diagnostic Audiologist, you will play a critical role in assessing United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments on Veterans, including Maryland CNC Tests and Puretone Audiometric tests.
  • Review and analyze patient records, utilizing computer portals to access necessary information.
  • Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in the computer portal, providing detailed medical evidence to support Veteran benefits claims.
Requirements
  • Audiologist must hold an Au.D. degree from an ASHA Accredited school.
  • Current license as an Audiologist is required.
  • Credentialing requirements set forth by the VA must be met.

Work Arrangements

This part-time position requires approximately 1 day of work per week. Schedule: IN-PERSON appointments with no evenings, weekends, or on-call commitments. Patient interaction time: 1 hour to 1 hour & 30 minutes per appointment.
