Job Summary

PATH Integrated Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our behavioral health care team, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals and families. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing client education and appropriate referrals, collaborating with medical directors and other healthcare professionals, and maintaining follow-up care with clients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose individuals and families
  • Provide client education and referrals
  • Collaborate with medical directors and other healthcare professionals
  • Order laboratory screenings and interpret results
  • Review documentation of prior care and consult with prior care providers
  • Prescribe medications within scope of practice
  • Maintain follow-up care with clients and families
Qualifications
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited university
  • Board of Nursing licensure - Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (preferred) and Active DEA required
  • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a behavioral health environment
