Midwest Traffic Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Midwest Traffic Control Specialist to join our team at Mid American Signal, Inc. in the Milwaukee/Madison WI metro area.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.
Requirements- 3 years experience - Sales, marketing & account management in a Traffic Signal and/or Intelligent Transportation Systems or related field;
- Tier One technical support and understanding of traffic signal control systems;
- International Municipal Signal Association – Traffic Signal Technician Level II certification or ability to obtain same within two years of employment;
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel (average 40% of time, as high as 70% of time) to customer locations within assigned region;
- Professionalism, customer service skills, and effective communication skills;
- Ability read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and civil traffic engineering plans;
This full-time position offers competitive pay with production bonus incentives, plus a range of benefits including PTO, paid holidays, insurance, and a 401K retirement plan.
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
