Job Description

BGM ENGINEERING LLC is seeking a Building Code Compliance Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building codes and regulations, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Perform site inspections and tests to verify compliance
  • Prepare detailed reports and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience as a building code specialist or inspector on complex building/facility projects
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of structural design and construction industry codes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible work arrangements, insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
