Congressional Country Club is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pub Server to join our team in the Founder's Pub restaurant. As a Pub Server, you will provide exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Provide immediate and continuous service and attention to all members/guests upon seating, introducing yourself and requesting their club number.
• Set up and complete assigned side work, including inspecting all tables in the assigned section.
• Suggestive selling on menu items and highlight specials.
• Take member and guest orders, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
• Place orders with the kitchen through Jonas POS and inform chefs/cooks about any special cooking instructions or food allergies.
• Reset tables in your station and assist team members with their station.
• Verify the accuracy of prices, state and federal taxes, tips, and other charges on all checks.
• Keep tables, FOH restaurant, and BOH clean at all times.
• Advise supervisor/manager of any complaints and take action to resolve complaints.
• Perform clean-up, side work, and closing duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
• Attend pre-meal meetings as requested by supervisor/manager.

• 1-year experience serving is required.
• Wine knowledge, beginner level.
