We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at Shannon Medical Center. As a Traveling Intensive Care Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Emergency Department
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new technologies
  • Float to other units as needed to support patient care and staffing needs
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting
  • Recent experience within 2 years in emergency department
  • Ability to pass a short medication administration test
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
