Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to individuals with diverse needs, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation to track progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state SLP license to practice in the field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred, but not required.
