Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical breakdowns with minimal supervision.
  • Provide technical support for maintenance and engineering teams.
  • Document and report work performed to management, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Lead maintenance and improvement projects as needed.
  • Perform and train others in preventive maintenance, adhering to TPM principles.
Requirements
  • AAS in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical, or Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in electronics or mechanical fields, or 10+ years' experience in manufacturing with relevant skills.
  • Certified Journeyman/Apprenticeship program completion, or equivalent experience.
