Job Summary

The Janitorial/Groundskeeper maintains property both indoors and outdoors, ensuring cleanliness and well-maintenance. Assists the Maintenance Technician with repairs and common area cleaning.

Responsibilities

  • Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums common areas
  • Empties common area trash
  • Grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, raking, leaf disposal, and watering
  • Maintains all parking areas
  • Sweeps and blows all landings, power washes as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of related janitorial or grounds experience
