Data Insights Analyst Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Data Insights Analyst to join our team at Solomon Page. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, collecting, analyzing, and disseminating findings for both qualitative and quantitative research projects.

About the Role:
We are a specialty niche provider of staffing and executive search solutions across a wide array of functions and industries. As a Freelance Data Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our research initiatives and contributing to the success of our clients. Your expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement research studies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups
- Collect and analyze large data sets using various tools and techniques
- Develop and present actionable findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in market research

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, education, child development, marketing, or communications
- At least 2 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research, preferably in media/entertainment or a kid-focused industry
- Strong skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with coding open-ended survey responses is a plus
- Experience working with and/or moderating kids is a plus
