BIM Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist to join our team at Olsson. As a BIM Specialist, you will play a crucial part in coordinating the delivery and maintaining CAD/BIM content for data center projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate Revit and CAD files
• Collaborate with the BIM team to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Provide support to the CAD/BIM team during various project milestones
• Lead closeout efforts and coordinate with stakeholders
• Perform model health checks and incorporate retrofit projects into existing models

Requirements

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant software tools
• Proven experience in BIM management and drafting
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work well within a team
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement
