Pharmaceutical Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at Syneos Health Careers. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a strategic business plan to effectively target, penetrate, and establish relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute a Strategic Business Plan: Create and implement a comprehensive business plan to target and penetrate key accounts, establish relationships with decision-makers, and drive sales growth.
- Build Relationships with Healthcare Professionals: Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to promote our pharmaceutical products.
- Manage Territory and Sales Performance: Manage and track territory-specific information through a CRM system, and attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, biology, chemistry, or pharmacy.
- Pharmaceutical Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Business Acumen and Clinical Knowledge: Demonstrated business acumen, comprehension of clinical information, and ability to articulate a clinical sales message to healthcare providers.
- CRM and Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in using CRM tools, such as Veeva, and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
