About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Specialized Home Health Nurse to join our team, responsible for coordinating and performing skilled nursing care for patients in the home setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infusion therapy, with experience in patient assessment skills and venous access.

This is a casual role working between the hours of 7:30 am and 8 pm, by appointment. Weekend coverage by appointment as well.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
