Job OverviewAs an Appointment Setter at CTI Roofing, LLC, you will play a crucial role in generating new business through door-to-door sales. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve a minimum of 5 appointments per week individually
  • Identify and manage areas efficiently and effectively
  • Utilize door-to-door software on a daily basis for lead management and tracking
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for lead scheduling
  • Actively participate in daily and weekly meetings to stay updated and aligned with team goals

Requirements
  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales is desired
  • A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • Must be located in Utah

Compensation and Benefits
  • $15.00/hour
  • Weekly and monthly bonus for demos completed
  • Uncapped commission structure
