Lockbox Processor

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Lockbox Processor to join our team in Pasadena, CA. As a Lockbox Processor, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.

The Lockbox Processor will be responsible for extracting remittances based on standard operating procedures, maintaining specific productivity and quality levels, and ensuring the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions.

• Extracts remittances based on standard operating procedures
• Maintains specific productivity and quality levels
• Ensures the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions
• Processes and/or reconciles transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Provides feedback on workflow and work received
• Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience required, but ability to perform repetitive functions and meet deadlines is essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
