Siri Search and Information Program Lead

About the Team:
- Work with top-tier engineering and product teams to serve over 1 billion customers
- Craft the highest quality user experience that Apple customers expect and love
- Drive search relevance, machine learning, and user experience improvement projects
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with executive teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate discussions and break down complex issues into actionable topics
- Manage project timelines with clear dependencies and systematic methodologies
- Drive alignment across the organization and between teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, QA management, or similar roles leading cross-functional product or software engineering teams
- 2+ years of experience bringing products from concept to completion, ideally related to joining complex backend and front-end systems with user experience in mind
- Excellent project management skills, including structuring and leading multiple work streams interdependently
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and quality metrics
