About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at AirSculpt. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of safety and quality in our cosmetic surgery procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA
  • Perform nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency in administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and disinfecting and sterilizing equipment
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with company standards
  • Communicate effectively with the team, including physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and others, to ensure seamless clinical and surgical operations
  • Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately and thoroughly
  • Ensure the highest level of patient care and patient service is provided at all times
  • Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes
  • Assist in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment
  • Remain tactful, mature, and able to get along with diverse personalities
  • Complete other projects and duties as determined by Clinical Leadership Members
Requirements
  • Current Nurse license (RN, LVN, or LPN)
  • Current ACLS certification required for all Nurses (RNs, LPNs, LVNs, RPNs)
  • Current IV certification required for all LVNs/LPNs in the United States, and RPNs in Canada
  • Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus
  • Availability to work overtime as needed
  • Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed
  • High energy with a strong focus on patient care and patient experience
  • Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
