Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at PVH Corp., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our retail business.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience, building strong relationships with customers and driving repeat business.
- Sales Floor Management: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and restocked to meet customer demand.
- Operational Excellence: Execute operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Merchandise Management: Ensure accurate and timely replenishment of merchandise, maintaining a well-stocked sales floor and adhering to visual presentation standards.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor and stockroom for potential loss prevention issues, reporting any concerns to management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility to work rotating hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as assigned by management.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
