  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a cell manufacturing or related environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, systems, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cell manufacturing equipment, such as automation, AGV, heat treatment related industry, and cleaning industry.
  • Familiarity with automation and control systems.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
  • TPM Knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and update skills.

Working Conditions:

  • May require occasional travel to other facilities or vendor locations.
  • Standard office environment with occasional exposure to manufacturing environments.
  • May require extended hours or flexibility depending on working needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

CSI Solar - USA offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and performance bonus package based on an annual objective achievement.
