Job Overview
Synectic Solutions Inc is a 20-year government contracting agency focused on logistics, engineering, management, and information technology. This position is part of our team responsible for designing and developing interactive media projects including graphics manipulation, animation and modeling.

About the Role
This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing and maintaining Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) for integration within our system. The ideal candidate will have five years of experience directly related to the design and development of interactive multimedia projects. They will also have expertise in graphic manipulation and animation using motion graphics, as well as modeling, texturing and animating in 3D design software. Additionally, they should have experience with Content Management Systems, Learning Management Systems and Sharable Content Object Reference Model.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop IMI products that operate within our learning management system and other frameworks.
* Integrate and test IMI products with system software requirements for scoring tests, tracking student progress and maintaining confidentiality of student records.

Estimated Salary
$85,000 - $110,000 per year depending on location and experience.
