Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Team Member - Cleaning and Maintenance to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas.

Essential Functions

  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Keep all kitchen floors, coolers, and bakery and service area floors swept and mopped.
    • Clean all equipment in kitchen, coolers, bakery, and service areas.
    • Support dish room through busy periods.
    • Clean all kitchen counter tops and shine all stainless steel at least three times a week.
    • Empty all trash cans.
    • Wipe down dining room tables.
  • Support and Maintenance
    • Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using clean as you go techniques.
    • Assist with catering deliveries and pick-ups.
    • Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
    • Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
    • Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards. Uses Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
    • Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
