Estimated Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 per year

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of construction management, leading a team of laborers and contractors to deliver infrastructure projects for Starship missions at Cape Canaveral, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations, including logistics, project progress, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team dedicated to construction site logistics/operations, planning, and implementation of construction site logistics to support broader project goals.
  • Asset Management: Manage SpaceX construction assets (trailers, portas, rental equipment, etc.)
  • Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce SpaceX safety policies, driving a culture of safety on the jobsite through contractor and internal partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in construction industry with experience leading a construction labor force.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • Preferred Skills: Field experience in technical fields or managing multi-discipline teams, previous experience with project management software, AutoCAD proficiency, and knowledge of jurisdictional permitting processes.
