About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Karen Ann Quinlan Memorial Foundation. As an On Call RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, including medication management, wound care, and symptom management.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  • Document patient progress, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans, ensuring accurate and timely communication with healthcare teams.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing; BSN preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey; licensure in Pennsylvania if practicing in PA.
  • Minimum one-year adult, pediatric, or medical/surgical clinical experience.
  • Prior home care or hospice experience preferred.
