Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sportsbook Coordinator to join our team at Circa Resort & Casino. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring digital media assets within the sportsbook, creating and distributing printed media, and setting up wagering options within the Sportsbook software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor digital media assets, including TVs, display boards, and signage, to ensure accurate and timely information is displayed.
  • Create and distribute printed media, such as betting sheets and parlay cards, to customers.
  • Set up wagering options within the Sportsbook software and post events in the system upon completion.
  • Perform responsibilities in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures within the Sportsbook Department.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of sports and ability to distinguish popular games for display on TVs.
  • Working knowledge of sports betting and ability to understand odds.
  • Basic counting and mathematical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with ability to create documents from scratch.
  • Ability to learn and work on different types of electronic systems found within the Sportsbook.

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one (1) year previous Sportsbook experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color, and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment.
  • Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping.
