Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the emergency room setting, including assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical technologies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in an ER setting, with a preference for 2 years or more.
- Valid RN license in the state of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
