About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at SilverTech. As a key member of our electrical engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
  • Manage and monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
  • Completed training or degree in electrical engineering, project management, or related field
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the electrical engineering industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Asana, or Trello
