Millwright

The Millwright will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of piping and equipment in industrial establishments. This will involve working from blueprints and layout plans to determine the best course of action. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to work accurately and efficiently.

• Install, maintain, and repair piping and equipment
• Read blueprints and layout plans to determine work procedures
• Work accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure smooth project execution

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of apprenticeship program and journeyman experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical construction trades
• Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy
• Ability to visualize objects in three-dimension
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes

• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Coordinate eye-hand movement
• Use hands and fingers fully
• Climb and maintain balance
• See and hear well
