Healthcare Administrator for Vascular Surgery

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrator to join our team at Arkansas Health Group. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to greet and check patients in, answer telephones, schedule appointments, maintain patient records, file documents, check patients out, collect payments, and perform other related duties as assigned.Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check patients in
• Answer telephone calls and schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and files
• Collect payments and process transactions
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Previous clinic experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Minimal typing skills (35-40 wpm)
Salary and Benefits:
This role is authorized for 80 hours bi-weekly, with an estimated annual salary of $41,600. Additional benefits may include opportunities for career growth and professional development.
