Job Summary

As a Companion Caregiver with Homewatch CareGivers, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals in need of in-home care. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support, and we are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, transportation, and socialization.
  • Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment, including light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Assist clients with medication management and other health-related tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Must be able to provide verification of any certifications held.
  • Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility.
  • Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks and Department of Motor Vehicle checks.
  • Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
