Job Description:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their financial goals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in overseeing and training customer service representatives to ensure they meet quality standards and safety procedures.

  • Manage store operations, including account management, risk assessment, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer relationships and complete inbound and outbound call campaigns daily to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition.

  • Maximize customer success by offering ancillary products that fit their needs.

  • Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions, and ancillary products.

  • Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.

  • At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).

  • Background check required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in sales or customer service-oriented positions.

  • Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, financial, service, or related industries.

  • Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
