Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

1. Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are executed safely, within budget, and on schedule.
2. Managing Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Orders, and Submittals.
3. Utilizing construction management skills to oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.
4. Employing MS Project or Primavera 6 for effective project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
5. Working with colleagues to resolve project challenges, implement solutions, and drive project success.
6. Preparing and delivering project status updates to stakeholders, emphasizing key milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
7. Keeping abreast of industry advancements and technologies to enhance project execution and results.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field such as Construction Management.
2. A minimum of five years of experience in project engineering, particularly in self-perform concrete structures, water/wastewater treatment facilities, and underground utilities.
3. Demonstrated experience in construction management, with industrial electrical experience being advantageous.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to address complex project challenges.
5. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder presentations.
