We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory storage and disposal of trash and recycling.
  • Ensure food safety practices are followed at all times.
  • Organize and manage accessibility of inventory.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, including Henny Penny pressure and open fryers.
  • Perform daily, bi-weekly, and monthly deep cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Assist with repairs and maintenance of facilities and equipment through the restaurant.
  • Complete a daily checklist to ensure all tasks are completed.

Requirements:

  • A self-starter who requires very little oversight.
  • Experience with equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Willing and able to be a team player.
  • Acts with integrity.
  • Effective time manager.
  • Positive in actions and attitude.
  • Diligent.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Surprisingly fast worker.
  • Must be available to work 5am - 1:30pm at least 3 days per week.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Able to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
