We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Researcher to join our team at Raytheon. As a Cybersecurity Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on complex software applications, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing solutions to mitigate these risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis on complex software applications to identify vulnerabilities and develop solutions to mitigate these risks
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging threats and technologies in the cybersecurity landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cybersecurity solutions
  • Conduct reverse engineering and vulnerability research on software applications
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports on research findings and solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity research and analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages, including C, C++, and Python
  • Experience with reverse engineering and vulnerability research tools, such as IDA Pro and Ghidra
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and cybersecurity principles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • Experience with capture the flag (CTF) challenges and vulnerability research
  • Knowledge of Linux and other operating systems
