About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Teller to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. As a Teller, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions and provide digital solutions
  • Complete operational activities while minimizing risks
  • Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships
  • Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
  • Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
