About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at Crate & Barrel. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the merchandising team to create an exceptional visual experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Leader to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead and direct the merchandising team to plan and execute seasonal floor plans, daily visual displays, and other visual initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of your team members to ensure they have the knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional visual displays.
  • Partner with the Store Leader to establish and communicate key metrics and expectations within the store, including sales, visual, operations, safety, loss prevention, human resources, payroll/scheduling, and training.
  • Analyze results through reporting and translate numbers into actionable behaviors and goals to improve KPI results.
  • Ensure all customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service, and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and the company.
  • Communicate regularly with the management team concerning all aspects of sales, customer feedback/traffic, and associate training/performance.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent, Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 Hourly

Additional Compensation: Bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives may be available based on role.
