Key Responsibilities- Perform administrative duties in a timely manner, ensuring the smooth operation of the dental facility.
- Print and fax prescriptions as needed, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with physician offices and caregivers, fostering strong relationships and coordination.
- Assist the nurse as needed, providing support and care for patients.
- Follow up with sedation patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Transport patients to and from wheelchairs, lifting 50lbs without medical restrictions.
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or related fields, preferably with phlebotomy skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of medical terminology.
- Current COVID-19 vaccination status.
- 2 years of experience recommended.
