Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties in a timely manner, ensuring the smooth operation of the dental facility.
  • Print and fax prescriptions as needed, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with physician offices and caregivers, fostering strong relationships and coordination.
  • Assist the nurse as needed, providing support and care for patients.
  • Follow up with sedation patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Transport patients to and from wheelchairs, lifting 50lbs without medical restrictions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or related fields, preferably with phlebotomy skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Current COVID-19 vaccination status.
  • 2 years of experience recommended.
