Lot Technician

We are seeking a skilled Lot Technician to join our team at RedGuard, LLC. As a Lot Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and modification of portable storage containers, blast-resistant modular buildings, and other industrial buildings at our service yards.

• Assess the condition of containers and buildings to determine the type of repair needed and perform necessary repairs and services.
• Perform preventive maintenance of assets and equipment at customer or company sites.
• Provide prompt and proper service and maintenance in preparation for the next rental.
• Troubleshoot and perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and communication repair or replacement.
• Examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications and ensure quality of products or work.
• Follow established safety and security rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

• 6+ months of construction-related experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and practice basic arithmetic.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and provide consistent work.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to obtain forklift or heavy equipment certification.
