- IAM Development and Operations:
- Design, develop, and maintain IAM solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
- Implement DevOps practices to streamline the deployment and management of IAM systems.
- Ensure IAM systems are integrated with other IT infrastructure and applications.
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for identity and access management.
- Automation and Optimization:
- Automate IAM workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Optimize IAM systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate IAM solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
- Incident Management:
- Lead incident response for IAM-related security incidents.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during incident resolution.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and standards, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with IAM tools and platforms, such as Okta, Sailpoint, Microsoft Azure AD, and Delinea.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation, including Java, Python, and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
