  • Incident Management:
    • Lead incident response for IAM-related security incidents.
    • Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during incident resolution.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
    • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
    • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and standards, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
    • Experience with IAM tools and platforms, such as Okta, Sailpoint, Microsoft Azure AD, and Delinea.
    • Proficiency in scripting and automation, including Java, Python, and PowerShell.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
