Overview: Compass Group, North America is a leading foodservice and support services company that seeks a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our Nutrition Team in an acute care medical center in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy to patients across various units, including general medicine, acute care, and critical care.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized meal plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of nutritional care.
  • Provide education and training to patient services staff and interns on best practices in nutrition therapy.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.


Requirements:
  • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, if required.
  • At least one year of hospital experience, preferred.
