Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated care.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs.
  • Provide education to patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of Alabama.
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent.
  • Experience in a surgical intensive care unit or similar setting.
