Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year

• Provide exceptional patient care, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Manage multiple phone lines, responding to patient inquiries and coordinating referrals and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including appointment schedules and follow-up tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective patient care.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma and three months experience in customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Knowledge of basic computer software and hardware, including Microsoft Office and calendar management tools.
