Job Summary
This position provides pre-surgical documentation for physicians and instructions for patients.
Responsibilities
- Obtains all necessary documentation.
- Communicates operating time, place, and instructions to patients.
- Prepares patient charts for physicians' review the day before surgery.
- Responds to patient inquiries related to surgery.
- Acts as liaison between the patient and physician regarding surgery.
- Performs related duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
Additional Salary Information
The salary range for this position is $36,980-$55,690 per year.
