To Go Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled To Go Specialist to join our team at Red Lobster. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional takeout experiences for our guests.

About the Role:

As a To Go Specialist, you will be the face of our restaurant when interacting with guests who are picking up their orders. Your role will involve taking accurate orders, assembling prepared food and drink orders, and ensuring that our guests have a seamless curbside pickup experience.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance Guest's takeout experience by offering personalized service and food and drink suggestions;
• Take accurate orders and assemble prepared food and drink orders;
• Walk orders to Guests inside and outside the restaurant for curbside pickup;
• Manage transactions efficiently and ensure timely payment processing;
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient order preparation and pickup.
