- Proficiency in diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical issues associated with CNC equipment.
- Familiarity with interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members and report maintenance activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or degree is advantageous.
