We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Porter to join our team at PEG Property Group in downtown Salt Lake City.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our public interior spaces, including community rooms, hallways, stairways, elevators, public restrooms, lobbies, and office spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
  • Sweep and clear entrance spaces daily.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks, such as refilling paper towels and toilet paper.
  • Report any safety and health concerns, as well as needed cleaning supplies and equipment repairs, to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Assist with snow removal and lawn care maintenance, as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in grounds and/or housekeeping.
  • 2 years of direct customer service experience with residents or other clients.
  • Professionalism and ability to work independently.

Physical Demands

  • 100% physical activity, including safe operation of heavy lawn care equipment and hand tools.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds daily.
