RN ICU Full Time Days Position Summary

At Piedmont Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As an ICU RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care and education to patients and families
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Nursing required
  • Minimum one year of telemetry experience preferred
  • CCRN certification preferred
  • A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR required
  • American Heart Association ACLS required within orientation period for ICU/CCU, SICU, and CVICU
