About the Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Process transactions, maintain records, and update member information in our database.
  • Cross-sell and upsell products and services to members, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance member satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least six months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $48,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
