Building Superintendent

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Building Superintendent to join our team, responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

In this role, you will be working closely with the project management team to develop and implement project work schedules, manage subcontractor schedule impacts, and resolve local area problems. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits and insurance are in place and kept current for the term of the project.

The successful candidate will have at least 5+ years of building construction experience, a thorough knowledge and understanding of general and subcontract documents, drawings and specifications, construction means, methods and materials, and a strong ability to develop employees by providing stretch assignments with the right blend of support. Additionally, you will be required to inside and outside work in all types of weather (heat, snow, rain, cold, etc.) and occasionally lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 50 pounds.
